Uma pesquisa científica recente da Yale University, publicada no ScienceBlogs sob o título “Self-Control and the Prefrontal Cortex“, está (com)provando que “força-de-vontade” vale mais do que inteligência bruta — o que equivale a dizer, em termos búdicos (ou yóguicos), que o controle da mente é mais importante e vital do que o desenvolvimento da memória.
