Worth reading the entire post. I’d add that is necessary not only to address that cited wrong superiority, but also to see that that aforementioned deep technical competent fellow must be actually killing the forward motion and personal initiative of others. Good news is that, if you are one of the deep technical competent people, you can worth twice as much if you have the forward motion culture.
